Google Docs

Whats is Google Docs?

It is a free collaborative online document space

which allows you to upload, create, edit, and share

documents. The program offers all of these features and allows uses to work with other users at their convenience.

Simply, rather than taking the document to the user, it allows the user(s) to go to the document.

Watch the tutorial.
